Meng Wang is a Ph.D. student at the China University of Geosciences, Wuhan and a visiting Ph.D. student at Pennsylvania State University. 
He has participated in many Oilfield Company projects and scientific investigation of the East China Sea. 
His research Interests include cyclostratigraphy, astronomical forcing, lake-level change, marine authigenic mineral, methane seep, petroleum migration, and accumulation.
In the coming year, he and I will work on the reconstruction of past lake levels and decipher mechanisms of lake level changes using the sedimentary noise model for water level reconstruction.
