Jiahao Liu

I am Jiahao Liu, an undergraduate student in the School of Earth and Space Sciences at Peking University, supervised by Research Professor Mingsong Li. My research focuses on paleoclimate data assimilation, with particular attention to the impacts of perturbations on climate during major deep-time geological events. I combine Earth system modeling, geological proxy records, and data assimilation methods to reconstruct the carbon cycle and climate history of major geological events and to explore how the Earth system responded to those perturbations.
