Acycle
Acycle is software for cyclostratigraphy and paleoclimate time-series analysis. It supports common workflows such as spectral analysis, astronomical tuning, sedimentary-noise analysis, visualization, and teaching exercises. I develop Acycle to make quantitative analysis more accessible, transparent, and reproducible for students and researchers working with geological records.
DeepDA
DeepDA is a paleoclimate data-assimilation framework. It is designed to combine proxy records with Earth-system model output so that scattered observations can be evaluated within a common, physically informed framework. My group uses DeepDA to study ancient climate events such as the Paleocene-Eocene Thermal Maximum.
